2018 September Breakfast Meeting-Breakfast Meetings
**We have reduced our price for the classic PMINAC Breakfast Meeting! Join us for a presentation from a high profile speaker and a gourmet breakfast for as little as $20
Presentation Topic: Women in Leadership in non-traditional fields
Why are there so few women in leadership in the sciences and engineering? Why is it important that we have more women in decision making roles in these fields? We will discuss some of the reasons why women either do not enter the sciences, or leave them before being in leadership positions. We will look at some of the initiatives which are being taken to change the situation and why it is important to have diversity at the decision-making table.
