April Community of Practice (CoP) - Adapting your Project Mgmt Style

Monthly Community of Practice (CoP) - April 25, 2019

Topic: Adapting your Project Management Style for the project and the organization

No organization today can survive without projects. Projects are the engines for change, innovation and growth. However, in spite of their importance, most projects don’t meet their time and budget goals and many don’t deliver their expected business returns.

This presentation examines how the style of Project Management must be matched to the project and the organization to optimize the delivery of the projects, operational and strategic goals for the organization.

Facilitator: Tom Forbes
Time: 12:00pm - 1:30pm
Venue: Canadian Room – Concourse level. Canadian Western Bank Corporate Office, 10303 Jasper Avenue (the LRT leads directly to the venue through the Pedway via Bay/Enterprise Square Station)
