OKRs are the “sexy” goal-setting framework used by Google, Facebook, Microsoft and all the cool Fortune500 companies and startups.

Like every other management framework that’s ever existed, there’s nothing magical about  OKRs that automagically translates strategy to results and engagement and consistent excellence.

In this short talk, I will be sharing some of the habits, processes, practices and tools that I've used over the last 5 years to make OKRs a core infrastructure of team excellence.
