PMI-ACP Mentor Volunteer
Glen Sabatier is the Director of Project & Program Management for ATB Financial, which is an Alberta based bank.
His current responsibilities include agile team coaching and the establishment of agile teams and communities of practice for the organization. He holds certifications in agile, project, program and portfolio management.
As a certified Scrum Master and PMI-ACP he has experience in leading agile projects and implementing agile in organizations.
As an experienced project management and agile coach Glen is able to share real stories as part of the mentoring experience. Mentoring can be done in person, by skype or over the phone depending on how schedules align.
PMI-RMP Mentor Volunteer
Babu Kedarisetti is a Consultant with over 35 years of progressive experience in engineering and project management. He holds L.E.E, B.A, MBA, PMP, and PMI-RMP certifications.
He successfully developed and executed many complex projects from concept to completion in Canada, Qatar, Oman and India.
He also developed and rolled out PMO processes such as policies and procedures, Stage Gate System, Road maps, PM Processes, Templates.
He mentored many prodigies in engineering and project management area and collaborated with peers in the industry.
PMP / CAPM Mentor Volunteer
Bakhtawar Pastakia, MBA, PMP, served PMINAC as VP Certification and has been involved with the PMP Study Group for the last 6 years. Bakhtawar is an entrepreneur and also holds a board position at an international federation for Green ICT professionals.
Bakhtawar’s work experience spans across Mumbai, India, and Toronto and Edmonton. She has held various titles and roles such as Principal Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Project Manager in the financial services, consulting, and training industries.
Bakhtawar has accomplished high levels of operational efficiency, effective conflict management and stakeholder engagement in a large customer base service environment. She led a strategic financial services business to be among the top players in a short span of 2 years with a 100% growth in revenues for 3 consecutive years.
Bakhtawar is an avid kitchen gardener and loves spending time with her very supportive husband and 2 boys. She is extremely passionate about volunteering and furthering the cause of project management education.
