All personal information is collected and managed in accordance with FOIP and PIPEDA. Your information will not be shared beyond what is required for event delivery unless you have explicitly provided consent.
Photo and video consent
By attending this event, I consent to photos and videos being taken of me by the Project Management Institute Northern Alberta Chapter (PMINAC). I grant PMINAC permission to use, reproduce, edit, and share my image, likeness, and voice in any media format for promotional, educational, or informational purposes.
I understand that these materials may be used in printed publications, online communications, social media, or other marketing channels. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product and acknowledge that PMINAC retains ownership of all related content.

Conference Tickets - Trasnfer, Cancellation & Refund
Tickets may be transferred to another attendee at no cost up to 7 days before the event. Requests must be submitted in writing to

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to

8–29 days before the event: 50% refund (less applicable administrative fees)

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment.
