Synopsis:
This learning and development session, we will move beyond traditional wellness strategies that focus solely on individual behavior change. Instead, we will explore how to integrate systemic organizational changes that foster a culture of health and wellness. Participants will gain insights into the six primary spheres of influence within the workplace that shape organizational dynamics and employee well-being. Practical strategies for each sphere will be discussed to help create a positive work environment and reduce burnout.
By the end of this workshop, participants will be equipped to embrace a culture of health and wellness, creating a supportive and inclusive work environment where employees thrive—ultimately leading to enhanced individual well-being and greater organizational success.
