Please note that PMINAC does not in any way screen the learners or mentors voluntarily participating in this program, nor does it verify the backgrounds of the participants or statements of the participants. It is incumbent upon both parties involved to obtain sufficient information to make an informed and prudent decision about whether to continue in the partnership. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PMINAC, its Sections, Branches, directors, officers, and members, and each of them, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary, contractual, or consequential damages, or any damages of any kind, resulting from any damages or loss, arising out of or connected with your use or non-use of the Directory or from any and all contacts that may occur in your participation in the Mentoring Program, even if PMINAC had been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the PMINAC Mentorship Program or any of its affiliates be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to your conduct or the conduct of any other participant, including without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress and/or any other damages resulting from your communications or meetings with the participants or other persons met through the PMINAC Mentorship Program.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PMINAC, its directors, officers, and members, from any liability, loss, claim, and expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your participation in this Mentoring Program.
