- EARLY BIRD will run until 11:59 pm on May 20, 2025. Regular rates to start on May 21, 2025 at midnight.
- STUDENTS: please contact conferencecoordinator1@pminac.com for the Code necessary to receive the Student Rate.
- REFUND POLICY: Registration cancellations made thirty (30 days) prior to the event will be fully refunded. If less than thirty (30) days prior to the event, cancellations will be accepted until May 21, 2025 and registration fees, less a 25% administration fee, will be refunded. Any registrations cancelled after May 21, 2025 will not be refunded for any reason. If the event is cancelled by the Association, a full refund will be granted.
