Eligibility & Requirements

We welcome enthusiastic professionals from all backgrounds who share an interest in project management and community building

ELIGIBILITY

  • Must be a PMI Northern Alberta Chapter Member
  • Open to all experience levels — from students to senior practitioners
  • Some leadership or specialized roles may require PMI certifications (e.g., PMP®, CAPM®)
  • Resident of Northern Alberta Region

REQUIREMENTS

  • Commitment of 10–20 hours per month (varies by role)
  • Participation in team meetings both virtual or in-person
  • Alignment with PMINAC’s Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct
  • Willingness to collaborate and contribute within a diverse team environment

Application Review

Your application will be reviewed by the relevant PMINAC team or department to ensure a good match between your skills and the role requirements

Interview Process

Qualified applicants will be invited for a brief discussion or interview with the Volunteer Engagement Committee to learn more about the role and expectations

Selection & Onboarding

Once selected, you’ll receive an onboarding package and connect with your team to begin contributing and making an impact within PMINAC
