America. She has led major capital programs across oil & gas, utilities, and renewables—combining deep
technical expertise in pipeline operations, high-voltage systems, and grid integration with senior
leadership and P&L accountability.
Mihaela is recognized for leading highly engaged, high-performance teams that deliver innovation,
operational excellence, and measurable value. She has overseen multibillion-dollar power infrastructure
portfolios and achieved top-tier results in safety, environmental performance, stakeholder engagement,
and regulatory compliance. She also pioneered the interconnection system for one of Canada’s largest
utility-scale energy storage projects (300 MW), advancing system reliability and grid modernization.
