Join PMINAC Study Group?
Open to both members and non-members of the PMINAC Chapter, the PMINAC Study Group hosts multi-week sessions to help you prepare for the PMI Certification Exams.
How does it work?
Over several weeks of the study group, PMINAC volunteer facilitators will guide the group by helping participants clarify concepts through active engagement and discussion. The Study Group is hosted and facilitated by PMINAC volunteers who have already obtained their respective certifications and have real word experiences. The facilitators will deliver overview presentations on the fundamentals of the PMI certification, aligned with the examination content outlined by PMI, to provide a solid understanding of foundational concepts and practical insights. They will also share effective tips and strategies for exam preparation, focusing on key learning areas with regular assessments and a final mock exam to assess exam readiness.

1. When do the Study Groups run?
PMINAC study groups are held in spring and fall. Dates are determined and publicised every year.
2. Where are the sessions held?
The last study group sessions were virtual, but if there are any changes, we will let participants know
3. What content is covered?
We follow relevant PMI guides/body of knowledge for different study groups and exam content outline, with weekly topics, exam tips, and practice questions.
4. What is the cost?
Pricing varies by study group, please refer to each study group page for more information. The prices also include study group materials and exam simulation.
5. How do I register?
Complete the online form and provide your PMI membership number and eligibility details. Spots fill on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
