Fred is a visionary business leader with engineering background and over 15 years’ experience in Project Management, Fleet Assets Management, Construction, Maintenance,  Procurement & Contract Administration and Stakeholders Engagement in both public and private sectors.

Currently he works as Strategic Planning Analyst, Fleet Assets and Rentals Management, supporting the implementation of Fleet Corporate Standard and the Transitioning to Centralized Fleet Management Model. 

His system thinking and analytical mindset combined with his unique blend of technical and interpersonal skills has been instrumental in providing value and driving organizational growth, innovation and operational excellence, going above and beyond in delivering project objectives and associated benefits.

Fred holds a Master of Engineering Degree, is a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) and a Certified Engineering Technologist(CET)
