With nearly 15 years at Stantec Inc., Penny is a seasoned project and portfolio management leader based in Denver, Colorado. Known for a customer-focused approach, she has successfully led large-scale initiatives, managed enterprise PMOs, and built high-performing teams across waterfall, iterative, and agile delivery methodologies. She brings deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and process improvement, managing teams of 10–50 and budgets ranging from $2M to $10M. A strong advocate for transparency and governance, Penny has developed enterprise portfolio processes and reporting dashboards that drive alignment and visibility. Having  worked at a number of companies including Teledyne, Auto-trol Technology, Access Systems, Policy Studies and MWH Global (now a part of Stantec) and Stantec..She holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, an M.S. in Project Management, and certifications as a PMP and Certified Scrum Master.
