D'Andre Wilson-Ihejirika P.Eng, PMP, LSSBB

D'Andre Wilson-Ihejirika is a PMP, licensed professional engineer (P.Eng), PhD Candidate and leader in workforce development. Originally from The Bahamas, she earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from McGill University before building a 15-year career spanning Oil & Gas, Higher Education, and EdTech. As Executive Director of Work Integrated Learning at Calgary Economic Development, she leads the TalentED YYC initiative, aligning education with workforce needs. D’Andre is also the Founder and President of BrainSTEM Alliance, a non-profit leading projects and programs to advance STEM outreach and EDI initiatives. D'Andre is also a wife and mother to three young children.

Jo-Ann Ojo is a dynamic project manager with extensive experience in program coordination, strategy development, and leadership. She is the Programs Manager, Founder Success at Platform Calgary, where she oversees the Incubator and Global Startup Visa (GSUV) programs, helping local and international entrepreneurs integrate into the Canadian startup ecosystem. With over 8 years of experience, Jo-Ann excels at transforming ideas into action and fostering inclusive communities.

Olaleye Ojo, PMP

Olaleye Ojo has a strong background in engineering, project management, and change management. With over 10 years of experience, he has successfully led cross-functional teams and driven organizational change. As a Technology Project Manager at TalentED YYC, he ensures seamless collaboration between education partners and students, integrating project management frameworks to optimize technology implementation.
