Speaker: D'Andre Wilson-Ihejirika P.Eng, PMP, LSSBB

D'Andre Wilson-Ihejirika is a PMP, licensed professional engineer (P.Eng), PhD Candidate and leader in workforce development. Originally from The Bahamas, she earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from McGill University before building a 15-year career spanning Oil & Gas, Higher Education, and EdTech. As Executive Director of Work Integrated Learning at Calgary Economic Development, she leads the TalentED YYC initiative, aligning education with workforce needs. D’Andre is also the Founder and President of BrainSTEM Alliance, a non-profit leading projects and programs to advance STEM outreach and EDI initiatives. 

D'Andre is also a wife and mother to three young children.
