Synopsis: The focus of this presentation will be a case study on how project management skills were leveraged to build a business and how other entrepreneurs can utilize project management best practices to build and execute strategy and optimize business. Insight will be provided on the various skills and techniques that are most helpful to build a global business as well as the importance of leveraging the classic PM tool-kit such as soft skills, working with different cultures and people management.

Colin
  Colin Knoll is a global business specialist with experience working in or working with clients in various industries such as financial services, energy, government, startups, and business immigration. Colin has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP). Colin is currently the Director of Strategy with Firma Foreign Exchange and is a business owner through his company CKC Global.
