2021 March WIPM - Choose to Challenge

Due to the COVID-19  outbreak, PMI Northern Alberta Chapter has canceled all in-person events until future notice. Our Monthly Chapter Meeting will be hosted online as a webinar with a live speaker! Join us in this new normal!

Choose to Challenge the Pink Elephant (Ladies Only Event)

Employees are the greatest and most valuable asset an organization has. However, employees displaying inappropriate behavior can affect the workplace negatively. If employers fail to address and correct bad workplace behavior, negative consequences might occur. Everyone should strive to provide an atmosphere wherein all employees can perform without threats of all kinds and take steps to minimize unwanted behavior.

In this interactive session, we will bring awareness to unsuitable and uncomfortable interactions within the workplace. Our featured guest speaker, Chrystal Fifield, is a human resources professional with years of experience and a plethora of strategies that can be implemented to challenge the (pink) elephant in the room.
