Business Acumen
Radical Transparency: Incentivizing Good PM and Stakeholder Behavior Through Open Reporting

We will talk about the practice of tactful/diplomatic honesty within the context of a large, complex organization, and how it helps build accountability, trust, and lasting relationships.

We'll take a look at some foundational elements that help create radical transparency, including:
+ Enhancing status reports with dynamic data and relevant context
+ Leveraging project data for increased audibility
+ Intelligently organizing risk reporting in a large and diverse project portfolio
+ Openly sharing key performance indicators
+ Incentivizing good behavior from project managers and project stakeholders
