Liviu Jalba is the Acting Director of the Technology Project Management Office at the City of Edmonton.
Liviu draws from two decades of leadership experience and a history of successes in strategic engagements in IT, multiple levels of Government, R&D, Banking, Finance, and other industries. Through working with world-class organizations and talent, Liviu acquired a wealth of knowledge in the fields of software development, project management, and business technology, growing intimately familiar with multiple methodologies and frameworks.At the City, Liviu is now leading a group of Program Managers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts, delivering a large portfolio of technology projects.
