Topic: The EPS journey of integrating change management with project management (the history, current state and the vision of the future)

 *******************Synopsis********************

We talk about how organizational change management evolved at the Edmonton Police Service. From the early beginnings where we were trying to introduce change with limited organizational change support, to where we are today. We talk about the trials, tribulations and challenges through to our current successes and future path. We share recommendations for other organizations in their journey to organizational change enlightenment. From the use of innovative technologies to doing more with less, EPS is the force of change.
