But not only is this false, it also undermines the role and value that project managers bring to Agility in organisations. In this presentation, we will highlight the drivers for organisational agility, explore the role and value of Project Managers in driving Agility and also walkthrough a case study of how a Project Manager was pivotal to transforming Agile in an organisation.
