Speaker: Pamela Anoliefo, SAFe Agilist, PSM, PSPO, KMP, ICP-ACC)
Pamela Anoliefo has eighteen years of experience in technology, taking on progressively senior roles. As a result–oriented agile project management leader, she has held different roles as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, Project Manager and Business Analyst.
She has significant expertise working with Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile and Scaled Agile teams, aiding transformation within organizations transitioning from traditional Project Management to Agile. She has a successful track record of executing diverse project portfolios in Fintech, Retail and Financial Services Industries.
She is the lead trainer and founder of Redluxe Consulting, a training company providing career coaching, hands-on and practical Scrum and Business Analysis training.
Pamela is passionate about volunteering and mentoring to raise the next generation of women technology leaders, while promoting workplace inclusion and diversity, as well as fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Outside of work Pamela is a member of the university council at Queens’ University, Kingston, Ontario and the founder and lead trainer at Redluxe Consulting a full-service training company specializing in Agile project management.
