Establishing and Maturing Your PMO with the PMO Value Ring
About
The PMO Value Ring is an innovative methodology for implementing or redesigning project management offices (PMOs). It was established by the PMO Global Alliance, the largest global community of PMOs and PMO professionals (acquired by PMI in October/2023) through the collective intelligence of thousands of worldwide PMO leaders.
Unlike predefined PMO types, the PMO Value Ring emphasizes uniqueness, adaptability, and alignment with organizational needs. By following the PMO Value Ring methodology, PMOs can systematically enhance their value proposition, align more closely with strategic objectives, and improve their overall effectiveness and efficiency. In this presentation, Bruno will highlight the critical components of the PMO Value Ring, provide some real-world examples of how they can be immediately applied to your organization, and give a quick demo of the PMO Value Ring tool.
